TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DONATIONS

These Terms and Conditions of donations («Terms and Conditions») regulate the donation (the «Donation») that you make to TOJIL (AGM & EMR A.C.) through the online donation mechanism of the website linked to this document. By making the Donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All our prices are in national currency and all our donations are tax deductible. After making the donation, you need to send an email to [email protected] with your tax information to send them your CFDI.

The Donation is a non-refundable voluntary gift and in no way constitutes any kind of consideration for goods or services.

Your Donation will be processed through a third-party payment provider in accordance with its terms and conditions of payment (including a deduction for any fees that may be charged) and the balance will be forwarded to TOJIL (AGM & EMR A.C.).

The amount of the Donation received by TOJIL (AGM & EMR A.C.) will be administered and spent by TOJIL (AGM & EMR A.C.) in accordance with its rules, regulations, procedures and administrative practices. The donation will be used for legal advice programs and in particular, will be used for the purposes that are published on our website at the time of making your donation.

By making a donation, TOJIL (AGM & EMR A.C.) will have access to certain personal data that you have entered at the time of your donation (for example, your name, email address, telephone number and residence address). That information will be used to send them a cape for the Liga Contra la Impunidad, a symbolic way to thank the donor for their donation.

TOJIL staff (AGM & EMR A.C.) may use your contact information only to send you more information about our work.

TOJIL (AGM & EMR AC) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, loss of income, loss of profits or other incidental or consequential damages, even if warned of the possibility of such damages as a result of any compliance or breach of these terms and conditions.

TOJIL (AGM & EMR A.C.) is a non-profit civil association that emerges as a response to the crisis in the justice system, generating an innovative proposal to combat impunity.
