Adriana Greaves is co-founder of TOJIL and Coordinator of the Anti-Corruption Commission of the Mexican Bar Association. She is a lawyer from ITAM and holds a master’s degree from Cardozo School of Law.
She collaborated in the implementation of the Adversarial Criminal Procedural System at the Attorney General’s Office and the National Security Commission.
She was an Editorial Advisor for the Reforma newspaper in 2022 and is currently a professor in the fields of corruption and gender, as well as a columnist for Expansión Política, and collaborates with other media outlets. She has participated in various forums and panels.
Adriana is a member of the UNCAC Coalition and an implementer of programs for international organizations such as the Institution for Poverty Action (IPA), Open Society, and the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). Additionally, she is a consultant for USAID programs and the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) of the U.S. Embassy, and she is also a consultant for the U.K. Embassy. Finally, she is a member of Aúnas, the National Network Against Gender Violence, and the Advisory Council of the 2024 Open State Agenda of Mexico City.

Estefania Medina is co-founder of TOJIL and Vice President of the Anti-Corruption Commission at the International Chamber of Commerce-México.
She holds a Law degree from Iberoamericana University, a Diploma in Criminal Procedure from Escuela Libre de Derecho, and a Master’s in science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford and an LLM from the George Washington University.
Throughout her career, she has served as a public servant in several positions at the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico, where she was Federal Prosecutor-Head of the Immediate Attention Unit of Internal Affairs. She has also acted as an advisor to the House of Representatives and the Office of the Executive Secretary of the National Security System of Mexico and a consultant for the Embassy of the United States of America in Mexico and the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Mexico.
She is the author of the book Organized Crime in the Accusatory Criminal System. She was elected by Expansion Magazine as one of the 30 rising stars in 2019 and awarded as a Women of Excellence by the Women Economic Forum New York in 2024.
YOLANDA CUEVAS QUEVEDO

Yolanda Cuevas is legal director of TOJIL. She graduated in law from the Autonomous University «Benito Juárez de Oaxaca». She is a teacher in Criminal Sciences from the Benito Juárez Autonomous University of Oaxaca and Social Sciences (2010-2012). Master in Federal Justice Procurement from the National Institute of Criminal Sciences (2017-2018).
She served as Deputy Director General of the Office of the Special Prosecutor for the Investigation of Federal Crimes of the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic of Mexico City (2018-2019). He served as Executive Prosecutor, Head of the Unit for the Implementation of the Accusatory Criminal Procedure System, of the Attorney General’s Office attached to the General Directorate of Operational Deployment, participated in the Preparation of various initial, intermediate hearings and Oral Trials of the federation in the City of Puebla, Querétaro, Durango, Aguascalientes, Sinaloa, Zacatecas, Tamaulipas, among others (2018-2016).
GERARDO MAGDALENO HERNÁNDEZ
CTO
Graduated from ITESM CEM as a Computer Systems Engineer, a Graphic Design technician from CCPM, specialized in Cloud Solutions Architect from Google and is currently technology director at TOJIL. He founded Station Games with 43 games and apps published to date. He was co-founder and CTO of Mija Creativa, a digital transformation agency. He won the entrepreneurship award of his generation from Tec de Monterrey. He has won three hackathons and represented Mexico at Facebook’s Global Finals in Menlo Park. He participated in 3 NOVUS research projects during his academic training and developed an urban environmental monitoring project with the use of drones, IoT and Cloud Computing in collaboration with Tec de Monterrey and the Xignux foundation. Additionally, he taught classes at Prepa Tec Campus Estado de México in Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation subjects. He also collaborated with CINU Mexico.
ISAAC FELIPE MARTÍNEZ MONTOYA

Isaac F. Martínez is TOJIL’s Strategic Litigation Coordinator. He graduated in Law with honors from the Center for Economic Research and Teaching (CIDE) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Criminology, Law and Society at the University of California, Irvine (UCI).
In the professional field, Isaac has served as a public servant in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, where he collaborated with important sentences in criminal and constitutional matters. In the academic field, he has participated as a research assistant in various criminal justice projects at CIDE and has served as an analyst of Supreme Court rulings in multiple seminars and legal blogs. He is currently a member of the Advisory Council of the Mexican Antipunitivist Observatory (OMA).

Pablo A. Herrera Hernández

Pablo A. Herrera Hernández holds a law degree from Universidad Panamericana, having completed an exchange program at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in Barcelona. He has also pursued studies in Strategic Litigation and Human Rights at the Illustrious and National Bar Association of Mexico (INCAM), as well as Public Diplomacy and Foreign Policy at the Ibero-American Center for International Studies (CIBEI).
In his professional career, Pablo has served as Advisor and part of the Mexican delegation to the 10th Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). He was also the Coordinator of Special Projects and Strategic Litigation at an NGO, where he led the Parallel Report on the implementation of the UNCAC in Mexico. In addition, he coordinated and implemented projects on reporting channels and the protection of whistleblowers and victims of corruption, strengthening civic space, protecting human rights, promoting accountability and transparency, beneficial ownership, and access to justice for the Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Law, the Due Process of Law Foundation, the International Center for Not-For-Profit Law, and Open Ownership. He also worked with the authorities of the National Anti-Corruption System. Furthermore, he has provided training to Honduras’s Secretariat of Transparency and the Fight against Corruption on the impact of corruption on human rights, based on efforts by the International Development Law Organization.
Pablo has been a panelist at national and international forums, including the 20th Anniversary Commemoration of the UNCAC in Mérida and the 21st International Anti-Corruption Conference (IACC) in Lithuania.
He currently serves as the Regional Coordinator for Latin America and the Caribbean at the UNCAC Coalition, a global network of over 350 civil society organizations in more than 100 countries, committed to promoting the ratification, implementation, and monitoring of the UNCAC.
KARLA PAOLA MACEDO

She has independently developed various technology projects and collaborated on web applications for companies in diverse sectors. Her background is complemented by certifications in frontend and backend software development, data analysis, artificial intelligence, and agile methodologies, solidifying her technical and multidisciplinary profile.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (UAA) and a Master’s degree in Conservation, Wildlife, and Sustainability from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL), both with honors. She participated in the National Project on Jaguar Exploitation, Trafficking, and Illegal Trade in Mexico with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), as part of the team in the northeast region of the country, coordinating the census in the State of Nuevo León. In addition, she has experience in statistical analysis and data modeling, notably in implementing monitoring methodologies for analyzing jaguar occupancy in Nuevo León.
KARLA ESCAMILLA

Serving as a Data Analyst at TOJIL, her work involves advanced analytics, report generation, and database management, providing innovative and effective data-driven solutions.
She is a graduate of the 19th generation of the Fundación Azteca academic excellence program at Plantel Fundación Azteca, with a solid background as a Data Science undergraduate student at the Escuela Superior de Cómputo of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (ESCOM IPN). She possesses relevant skills in statistics, Big Data, NLP, advanced analytics, and ML. She is proficient in languages such as Python, C, and SQL, as well as various cloud-based tools including Power BI, MongoDB, and Tableau.
She presented SAVE-A, a web application for intelligent product comparison, at the 2023-A Computational Sciences Congress at UPIICSA. She has also developed tools such as MIA, an investor support model, and projects involving LLMs.
Certified by Microsoft, Cisco, Google, and Oracle in cybersecurity, digital analytics, generative AI, and marketing fundamentals, among other areas, she publishes scientific and cultural content on platforms like Medium and Goodreads, achieving a significant impact on her audience.

MTRO. RICARDO RAMÍREZ CORTÉS

Mtro. Ricardo Ramírez Cortés is a distinguished professional in the field of law, specializing in criminal justice and human rights. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Law with a focus on Constitutional Law, Human Rights, and Criminal Law at the National Institute of Higher Studies in Criminal Law (INDEPAC). Previously, he earned master’s degrees in Criminal Procedural Law and in Federal Justice Procurement, the latter with honors for his outstanding academic performance.
In his professional career, he has held key positions at the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (now FGR), occupying various roles ranging from Federal Investigation Agent to General Coordinator assigned to the Specialized Unit for the Investigation of Organized Crime (SEIDO). His responsibilities have included investigating high-impact crimes such as kidnapping, organ trafficking, and crimes related to organized crime.
Additionally, Mtro. Ramírez Cortés is a certified instructor in the New Adversarial Criminal Justice System, providing training to specialized personnel both nationally and in collaboration with international institutions such as the United States Department of Justice. He has also participated in advanced courses on criminal investigation, human rights, and criminal psychology, conducted by renowned organizations such as the DEA and OPDAT.
His academic and professional trajectory has been recognized on multiple occasions, notably receiving an award from then-President Vicente Fox for achieving the highest grade point average in his generation during his Federal Investigation Agents training.
